Please note that physiotherapy prescriptions must be started within 4 weeks of issuance by the physician, meaning the first appointment must be within 28 days of receiving the prescription. Holders of private health insurance or state aid are exempt from this rule.

Public health insurance holders must pay a co-payment for each prescription. These standards are set by the legislature and thus apply to all physical therapy facilities. The co-payment consists of €10 + 10% of the value of the prescription. The co-payment must be made during the first two appointments at the office.

If you are co-pay exempt, please bring the corresponding and updated receipt with you.

The first appointment is devoted to diagnosis. Please bring your prescription and other documents from doctors, hospitals and radiologists. Hospital discharge or intervention reports are also included.

This helps us to better assess your situation, based on which therapeutic measures are planned and selected. The more accurate the information about your health situation, the more effectively and better we can help you.

Please show up on time for your appointment at the office to ensure timely initiation of therapy. We regret that we cannot compensate for late arrivals at the appointment, otherwise the following patients cannot be treated in time.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. A brief phone call or e-mail is all that is needed.

In case of last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance) or no-show, you will be charged privately for the treatment costs for this appointment.
